2. Digital Products

This policy applies to digital resources purchased directly from The Currency of Time, including the TIME Multiplier Canvas™ Implementation Guide and other downloadable educational products.

Proposed 14-Day Conditional Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date if:

• The product was not delivered or cannot be accessed because of a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable period.
• The product materially differs from its advertised description.
• The customer was charged incorrectly or more than once for the same purchase.

Requests based solely on a change of mind after successful delivery of a downloadable product are generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Refund eligibility will be evaluated consistently and in accordance with applicable consumer-protection requirements.

Consulting, coaching, advisory, workshops, and other professional service engagements are governed by their respective written service agreements.

Payment schedules, cancellations, termination rights, and any applicable refunds will be determined by those agreements and applicable law.

This website Refund Policy does not override a separately executed consulting or advisory agreement.

5. Free Resources

Resources provided without charge, including any complimentary TIME Multiplier Canvas™ materials, do not involve a purchase price and are therefore not eligible for monetary refunds.
